Target Groups

A target group is a group of students/academic staff having the same characteristics regarding the institution/country of origin.

There are 2 target groups:


Target Group 1:

Partner institutions: University of Eldoret (Kenya), Makerere University (Uganda), Rhodes University (Republic of South Africa), Mzuzu University (Malawi), and the Official University of Bukavu (DR Congo)

Students registered in or having obtained a degree from one of the HEIs that is a partner of the project;

Staff working for one of the HEIs that is a partner of the project.


Target Group 2:

Any other institutions within Africa including institutions from Kenya, Uganda, Republic of South Africa, Malawi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Benin, Ethiopia, etc, that are not partner institutions in the COTRA project.

Only students registered in or having obtained a degree (or equivalent) from a HEI not included in the partnership as a partner but established in an eligible country.
